How to read this
Facing is the direction the main living/bedroom frontage looks. The architect's site plan is aligned to the site boundary on OpenStreetMap (to within about 6m), so facings are accurate to a few degrees. Corner stacks wrap around; we show their dominant side.
Sun is calculated for Singapore (1.35°N) on the 21st of each month. It measures direct sun reaching the facade, ignoring shade from balconies, ledges or other blocks. West-facing walls get the harsh 2–7pm sun; east-facing get the gentler morning sun.
View and Quiet are Homeground's own 1–5 assessments from the site plan, surrounding building heights and the view descriptions in the architect briefing. They are opinions to guide a showflat visit, not developer claims.
Height above road uses the briefing's section: Blk 1/3 2nd storey ≈ 14.5m and Blk 5/7 1st storey ≈ 8.5m above Upper Thomson Road, at about 3.15m per floor.
Unit types come from the briefing's floor plans for 22 stacks. The other 33 (marked "Likely" and underlined in the table) are estimated from the colour coding on the site plan; the number of stacks in each colour matches the developer's unit mix exactly. Confirm with the sales team before quoting.
Neighbouring buildings in the 3D model use real footprints from OpenStreetMap. Storey counts come from OpenStreetMap, HDB's property data on data.gov.sg (every nearby HDB block), and the briefing (Bishan Point, Lorong Puntong condos). About 50 small buildings with no recorded height are estimated. Hover over any building to see its storeys, height and source.
